Job Title: Merchant Onboarding Executive

Job Description:

We are looking for proactive and motivated individuals to join our Merchant Onboarding team. Your primary responsibility will be to engage and onboard merchants from various industries onto our Business-to-Business (B2B) transaction app. You will also guide them through the process of completing transactions via UPI and credit cards.

Key Responsibilities:
- Identify and approach potential merchants from targeted industries.
- Effectively communicate the value and benefits of the B2B platform.
- Assist merchants in the onboarding process and ensure their successful registration.
- Educate merchants on how to process transactions via UPI and credit cards.
- Provide post-onboarding support to help merchants navigate the app and maximize its features.

Merchant Categories to Target:
- Wholesalers
- Distributors
- Pharmacies
- Retail Shops (e.g., Kirana stores, stationery shops)
- Electronics Stores (e.g., mobile shops, appliance stores)




- Apparel and Footwear Stores
- Restaurants and Cafes
- Furniture Stores
- Logistics and Transportation providers

Payout Structure:
- User Onboarding: ₹150 per successful onboarding
- UPI Transactions (greater than ₹500): ₹100 per transaction
- Credit Card Transactions (greater than ₹1000): ₹100 per transaction

Payment Schedule:
- Bi-Monthly (based on performance and completed transactions)

Skills and Qualifications:
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to explain technical details in a simple manner.
- Self-motivated and target-driven.
- Field sales experience is a plus but not mandatory.
- Familiarity with digital payments (UPI/Credit Card) is preferred.
