About BluePen AI

BluePen AI is a screen-free AI learning system for school students.

We are building a sales team across Delhi NCR to take BluePen AI to teachers, parents and students.

Your Two Responsibilities

1. Teacher Partnerships

Your job is to find tuition teachers and education centres and get them to host a BluePen AI workshop for around 30 students.

You will:

Find and contact tuition teachers

Pitch the workshop

Get teachers onboard

Coordinate with our team for the workshop

Support teacher follow-up after the workshop

Help convert workshop interest into BluePen AI sales





You find the teacher. We conduct the workshop. You handle the follow-up.

2. Parent Lead Conversion

We will run WhatsApp ads and generate parent leads.

You will:

Call current leads

Understand their needs

Explain BluePen AI

Handle objections

Follow up on WhatsApp and phone

Convert qualified leads into customers

Update the CRM

Our marketing team generates the leads. You convert them.

What We Expect

0–2 years of sales/business development experience

Strong Hindi and English communication

Comfortable with cold calls and face-to-face sales

Own bike/scooter + valid driving licence

Comfortable travelling across Delhi NCR

Basic knowledge of sales CRM

Familiarity with AI tools for lead research and sales

Good follow-up discipline

Comfortable with sales targets and rejection

Freshers with strong communication and sales ability can apply.
