About the Role
Enphase is seeking a Senior Staff Engineer, Embedded Software to serve as a technical authority and organizational leader within our Application Development team. In this high-impact role,



you will provide strategic project leadership and architect the development of mission-critical C/C++ applications that power our core energy ecosystem—including smart gateways and home energy management systems.
As a Senior Staff Engineer, you won’t just write code; you will directly lead software engineering teams, define technical roadmaps, and drive end-to-end project execution. A key part of your leadership role will be to understand, introduce, and evolve contemporary AI workflows into our software development lifecycle—optimizing how our engineering organization codes, tests, and delivers software. In this position, you will bridge the gap between complex energy management theory, cutting-edge development workflows, and high-performance, production-grade Linux software.
