What Youll Be Doing (position summary):
nThe Payment Officer is responsible for the day-to-day review and processing of payments for domestic and overseas clients, ensuring accurate and timely delivery of payment commitments. The role supports end-to-end wire transfer processing, maintains high data integrity, and upholds client satisfaction while meeting productivity and service level standards.

nHow Youll Succeed (responsibilities):

- Review and process payments using various electronic queues and tools for dispatch to domestic and international destinations via SWIFTn
- Identify and recommend routine improvements to processes and servicesn
- Create and compile reports to support quality assurance and client satisfaction objectivesn
- Identify and escalate issues requiring further analysis or investigationn




- Process corrections and amendments to payment information to ensure data accuracy and timely executionn
- Liaise with internal partners to resolve discrepancies and ensure customer satisfactionn
- Organize and prioritize workload to meet deadlines and handle critical transactions efficientlyn
- Stay updated on internal and external changes affecting payment operationsn
- Assist in departmental initiatives and projects for continuous improvementn
- Maintain system access and confidential material in strict compliance with audit requirementsn
