As part of its growth journey, the organization is seeking a Senior Executive - Process Excellence to drive process optimization, strengthen business systems, and improve operational efficiency across departments and business units.

Position Summary
The Senior Executive - Process Excellence will play a key role in identifying operational inefficiencies, designing scalable processes, developing SOPs, implementing systems, and driving continuous improvement initiatives across the organization.




The ideal candidate will possess solid analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to work closely with management and cross-functional teams to streamline workflows, improve productivity, and establish best practices that support business growth.

Key Responsibilities
- Process Optimization
- Analyze existing business processes and identify opportunities for improvement.
- Design, document, and implement standardized workflows and Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs).
- Simplify and optimize business processes to improve efficiency, quality, and productivity.
- Conduct root cause analysis and recommend sustainable solutions for recurring operational issues.
