IT Business Development Executive

Role: IT Business Development Executive
Location: NIBM, Pune
Work mode: Work from office

Roles & Responsibilities:
1. Develop robust domain knowledge in digital banking, fintech, payment ecosystems,
2. Understand technology solutions and effectively support solution positioning, customer discussions, and business presentations.
3. Conduct market, competitor, and customer research to identify banking
trends, business opportunities, and evolving digital transformation requirements.
4. Support pre-sales and marketing activities including preparation of
presentations, proposals, case studies, RFP responses, marketing and campaigns
5. Collaborate with business and technology teams to support customer
interactions, solution consulting, and business growth initiatives

Core responsibilities:
- Research digital banking, mobile banking, payment, and fintech market
trends.
- Analyze competitor solutions, customer requirements, and banking industry developments.
- Prepare presentations, proposals, case studies, brochures, and marketing collateral.




- Support pre-sales activities including customer demos, solution documentation, and proposal coordination.
- Assist in website content, social media content, and marketing campaign activities
- Participate in customer meetings and support requirement gathering discussions.
- Coordinate with delivery, design, and technology teams for proposal and presentation inputs and prepare business reports, research summaries, and management presentation decks
- Support lead generation and customer engagement initiatives for international banking opportunities.

Educational Qualification:
- MBA in IT / BD
- Technical background preferred (B.Tech / BE / IT-related education)
