Role Purpose:

We are hiring a Technical Architect with deep telecommunications domain expertise to own our Communications Cloud and Salesforce Industries engagements.



You will be the senior technical authority translating telco business processes (order-to-activate, product catalog, provisioning, fulfilment) into robust, standards-aligned Salesforce architecture, and setting the technical bar for offshore delivery teams. This is a hands-on architecture role, not a pure governance seat: you will design, prove patterns in code where needed, review, and mentor.

What You’ll Do:
- Own end-to-end solution architecture for Communications Cloud / Salesforce Industries implementations, from discovery through delivery.
- Design and govern the Enterprise Product Catalog (EPC), CPQ, Communications Order Management (COM), and Contract Lifecycle Management (CLM).
- Architect OmniStudio solutions (OmniScript, FlexCards, DataRaptor, Integration Procedures) as the deterministic orchestration and data layer.
- Define integration architecture across MuleSoft and API-led connectivity,
