Job Description: Field Trainer
Experience: 3–5 years (Dine-in restaurant background)
Reports To: Training Manager
Role Purpose:
Train and coach restaurant staff across outlets to ensure consistent service quality, food standards, and SOP compliance.
Key Responsibilities:
- Train new hires on service, POS, and hygiene standards
- Conduct on-floor coaching and refresher training for existing staff
- Support new store openings
- Monitor training effectiveness
- Identify skill gaps and close them with targeted training
- Maintain training records and reports
- Travel across assigned outlets/region
Requirements:
- Graduate (Hospitality preferred)
- 3–5 years in dine-in restaurant operations, incl. training/floor supervision
- Robust communication and coaching skills
- Willing to travel extensively
- Basic POS & MS Office knowledge
