This full time on-site role in Nashik is for an IT Recruiter (Contract Staffing Specialist) responsible for managing end-to-end recruitment for IT contract positions. Day-to-day tasks include sourcing candidates through multiple channels, screening resumes, conducting initial interviews, and coordinating technical and HR interview processes. The role involves managing full-life cycle recruiting activities, negotiating offers, and ensuring a smooth onboarding experience for contract hires. The IT Recruiter will collaborate with hiring managers and delivery teams to understand role requirements, maintain candidate pipelines, and track recruitment metrics. The specialist will also support client relationships by providing timely updates, market insights, and ensuring compliance with organizational and client staffing procedures.
