As we grow across D2C, retail, hospitality, gifting and international markets, we're looking for someone who wants to grow with the brand and eventually take ownership of it.

About the Role

We are looking for a Senior Associate – Brand & Growth to work closely with the founders across the many facets of building Herbaria.

This is a high-ownership, hands-on role that sits at the intersection of brand, marketing, growth and business development.

You will help shape how Herbaria looks, sounds,



communicates and grows — while also being comfortable stepping into a commercial conversation and helping bring business to the brand.

This is not a role for someone who wants to work within a narrow job description.

We're looking for someone who can think strategically, execute independently, build relationships and get things moving.

The long-term opportunity is to grow into a Brand Manager and progressively take greater ownership of Herbaria.

What You Will Work On

1. Brand & Brand Building
- Help develop and execute Herbaria's brand strategy and calendar.
- Translate the founders' vision into consistent brand communication and experiences.
- Develop ideas for campaigns, launches, activations and brand initiatives.
- Maintain consistency across visual identity, tone of voice and consumer touchpoints.
- Stay closely connected to the beauty, wellness, fragrance, fashion and luxury landscape.
- Track competitors and emerging consumer trends.
