Working Days: 5 Days | Saturday & Sunday Off

Shift Timings: 11:30 AM–9:00 PM / 12:30 PM–10:00 PM

About the Role

We are looking for an IT Recruiter who can manage end-to-end recruitment for technical positions and build strong talent pipelines across international markets.

Key Responsibilities:
- Manage the full recruitment lifecycle, from sourcing to offer closure.
- Source IT/Technical candidates through LinkedIn, Talent Search, Indeed, job portals, and other sourcing channels.
- Screen and interview candidates based on client and role requirements.
- Understand hiring requirements and identify suitable candidates.
- Build and maintain robust relationships with candidates and hiring managers.




- Coordinate interviews and ensure smooth communication throughout the hiring process.
- Maintain accurate candidate records and recruitment pipelines.
- Handle multiple requirements while working in a fast-paced environment.

Key Requirements:
- 0–4 years of experience in recruitment.
- Experience in US or UK IT/Technical Recruitment is required.
- Strong sourcing and candidate-searching skills.
- Hands-on experience with LinkedIn, Talent Search, Indeed, and other recruitment platforms.
- Good candidate screening and interviewing skills.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Ability to manage multiple requirements and prioritize effectively.
- Bachelor's degree preferred.
