Role overview

We are looking for a hands-on Hardware QA Engineer to support avionics package qualification, launch vehicle phase checks, and integrated system activities. The candidate should understand hardware at system level and take ownership of testing, troubleshooting, and quality documentation.

Key responsibilities
- Prepare test plans, procedures, and acceptance criteria for package qualification, phase checks, interstage, and integrated system activities.
- Prepare and maintain QARs, QAPs, T&E; plans, FMECA, failure analysis reports, and test reports.
- Take ownership of avionics packages through qualification testing, issue resolution, and acceptance.
- Participate in launch vehicle phase checks and provide quality assurance coverage for interstage and integrated system activities.
- Verify test readiness, including hardware configuration, test setups, equipment calibration, and prerequisite checks.
- Support thermal, EMI/EMC, vibration, shock, and vacuum testing;




review results and track anomalies through closure.
- Perform pre-test and post-test functional checks to assess hardware performance and identify deviations.
- Support verification of electrical interfaces, power distribution, harness connectivity, and end-to-end system functionality.
- Perform failure analysis and troubleshoot hardware issues at package and system levels.
- Track non-conformances, coordinate corrective actions, and verify their effectiveness through retesting.
- Maintain traceability of hardware changes, test results, and acceptance records throughout integration.
- Coordinate with vendors and test facilities for testing, technical issues, and documentation.
- Perform or coordinate first-article, PCBA, bare-board, and harness inspections as required.

Required skills
- Engineering degree in Electronics, Electrical, Instrumentation, Avionics, or a related discipline.
- Hands-on experience in hardware test
