About the Role

Urban Network is looking for an experienced and highly driven Team Leader – Sales & Distribution to lead and manage our Cuttack regional business operations.

The candidate will be responsible for driving sales growth, managing the field sales team, strengthening the retailer network, controlling inventory movement, planning market coverage, monitoring business performance, and ensuring smooth execution of distribution operations across the Cuttack region.

This is a business ownership role at the regional level. The candidate should be capable of working with targets, analysing sales and inventory data, identifying market opportunities, taking corrective decisions, and driving the team toward consistent business growth.

The ideal candidate should combine strong sales leadership, advanced Excel skills, analytical thinking,



planning ability, team management, market understanding, and excellent execution capabilities.

Key Responsibilities1. Sales & Business Growth
- Take ownership of sales performance for the Cuttack region.
- Develop and execute monthly, quarterly and annual sales plans.
- Drive primary and secondary sales through an expanding retailer network.
- Identify new market opportunities and develop new retail counters.
- Analyse outlet-wise performance and identify high-potential and underperforming outlets.
- Develop strategies to increase productivity and sales contribution from existing retailers.
- Set transparent sales objectives and targets for the field team.
- Monitor daily sales achievement and take immediate corrective action wherever required.
