Senior Tech Lead - FullStack

We are seeking a Full Stack Senior Technical Lead to architect, design and deliver scalable web applications and distributed systems using Python, ReactJS, and AWS with a focus on integrating AI-driven capabilities.

Key Responsibilities
- Lead full-stack architecture, technical standards, code reviews and team mentorship.
- Architect and build scalable backend microservices and APIs using Python (FastAPI).
- Develop modern, responsive web applications using ReactJS.
- Deploy and optimize applications on AWS using Docker, Kubernetes, and CI/CD pipelines.
- Drive adoption of AI tools, LLMs, and intelligent automation features within products.

AI Experience
- LLM integrations
- Retrieval-Augmented Generation (RAG) architectures.
- Vector databases, embeddings, semantic search, and chunking.
- AI frameworks (LangChain, LlamaIndex).

Required Qualifications
- 10–13 years of overall software engineering experience, with 3+ years in a technical lead role.
- Robust proficiency in Python (FastAPI), ReactJS and REST/GraphQL APIs.
- Proven expertise with AWS, Docker, Kubernetes, and relational/NoSQL databases.
- Strong communication, leadership, and problem-solving skills.
