About Position:

We are seeking an experienced Java SDET / Automation Testing Engineer to join our Quality Engineering team in Hyderabad. The ideal candidate will have strong expertise in automation framework development, API testing, backend validation, and quality assurance practices. This role requires a highly motivated skilled who can design, develop, and maintain robust automation solutions to ensure high-quality software delivery across enterprise applications and services.

What You'll Do:
- Design, develop, and maintain scalable automation frameworks using Java.
- Create and execute automated test scripts for APIs, microservices, and backend services.
- Perform API automation testing using Rest Assured and other testing frameworks.
- Develop and maintain BDD-based automation frameworks using Cucumber.
- Collaborate with developers, architects, and product owners to understand requirements and define testing strategies.




- Validate microservices architecture and ensure application reliability through automated testing.
- Participate in code reviews, test planning, and quality assurance activities.
- Develop reusable automation components and testing utilities.
- Execute functional, integration, regression, and end-to-end testing activities.
- Troubleshoot and resolve defects identified during development, testing, and production phases.
- Support continuous integration and continuous delivery pipelines.
- Analyze test results and provide actionable insights to improve software quality.
- Perform backend validation and database testing using SQL queries.
- Contribute to performance testing initiatives using JMeter.
- Work closely with development teams to improve application quality and testability.
