We are seeking a motivated and results-driven Junior Business Development Specialist with 2–4 years of experience in IT staffing, business development, inside sales, or lead generation.

The ideal candidate will have experience in prospecting and developing new client relationships within the U.S. IT staffing market. The role will focus primarily on current client acquisition, cold outreach, lead generation, appointment setting, and building a qualified sales pipeline.

Key Responsibilities
- Identify and target prospective clients across the U.S. technology and staffing market.
- Generate new business through cold calling, email outreach, LinkedIn, and other prospecting channels.
- Research companies, hiring managers, HR leaders, procurement teams, and other decision-makers.
- Develop and maintain a strong pipeline of qualified prospects.
- Conduct introductory conversations to understand client staffing and hiring requirements.
- Schedule meetings and discovery calls with qualified prospects.




- Follow up consistently with prospects and move opportunities through the sales pipeline.
- Develop long-term relationships with prospective and existing clients.
- Coordinate with recruiting teams to understand available talent and support client requirements.
- Assist with proposals, rate discussions, capability presentations, and client communications.
- Maintain accurate prospect and opportunity information in CRM/ATS systems.
- Track outreach, meetings, leads, opportunities, and conversions.
- Meet monthly and quarterly business development and lead-generation targets.

Required Qualifications
- 2–4 years of experience in business development, sales, IT staffing, recruiting, or lead generation.
- Experience with U.S. IT staffing or technology services is preferred.
- Proven experience with cold calling, prospecting, and email/LinkedIn outreach.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills.
