nDevOps Strategy and Roadmap:

- Develop and communicate the strategic roadmap for DevOps practices, tooling, and enablement to support enterprise technology objectives.n
- Align DevOps architecture direction with Enterprise Architecture standards, roadmaps, and enterprise-wide strategy to ensure consistency and scalability.n
- Lead enterprise DevOps transformation by promoting cultural, process, and technology changes that improve software delivery effectiveness.n
- Identify opportunities to simplify, standardize, and modernize the software delivery lifecycle through enterprise tooling and reusable design patterns.n
- Architecture and Solution Designn
- Make architectural decisions that streamline and optimize the enterprise software delivery toolchain and its integrations.n
- Design and implement scalable CI/CD frameworks using GitHub Actions and related technologies to improve deployment consistency, efficiency, and control.n
- Define reusable architectural patterns, workflows,



and automation standards that support broad adoption across technology teams.n
- Guide the design of custom actions, scripts, and integration approaches to meet enterprise and team-specific delivery requirements.n

nToolchain Governance and Administration:

- Oversee the strategic administration and integration approach for key platforms including GitHub, JFrog Artifactory, and SonarQube.n
- Ensure enterprise tooling is effectively embedded into the development lifecycle and aligned to engineering, operational, and governance requirements.n
- Support the evolution of toolchain capabilities by evaluating platform needs, integration patterns, and improvement opportunities.n
- Establish standards and recommendations for secure, scalable, and productive platform usage across development and operations teams.n
