? KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
- Manage end-to-end e-commerce order fulfillment
- Handle Amazon FBA & Seller Central operations
- Manage inventory across multiple warehouses
- Coordinate picking, packing, labeling and dispatch
- Coordinate with logistics/courier partners for timely delivery
- Monitor and resolve order, return and fulfillment issues
- Maintain accurate inventory and shipment records
- Manage operations during high-volume sales and promotional periods
? REQUIREMENTS
- Experience in E-commerce / Marketplace / Fulfillment Operations
- Amazon FBA / Seller Central experience preferred
- Experience with D2C, baby products or consumer brands is an advantage
- Solid attention to detail and organizational skills
- Ability to handle high-volume operations and solve problems independently
