Description:
This is not a "make PPTs and sit in the corner" internship. It's a founder's-office style, all-rounder role. One day you're cold-calling a Placement Officer. The next you're setting up a mentor's profile. The next you're on the road with the founding team,



running a seminar for a room full of students. If you want something protected and predictable, this isn't it. If you want to build a startup — not just intern at one — read on.

What you'll own:
- Business Development & Partnerships (B2B) — Cold call and pitch Placement Cell heads, T&P; Officers, HR leaders, and TA teams;
convert conversations into qualified meetings and signed partnerships;
own your pipeline end-to-end
- Community & Growth (B2C) — Reach out to experienced professionals on LinkedIn to onboard them as mentors;
drive aspirant sign-upsand profile completion through to paid conversion;
create original contentacross Instagram, LinkedIn, and Facebook
- Onboarding, Setup & Client Success — Configure profiles for employers, colleges, mentors, and aspirants;
onboard and handhold every stakeholder through the journey;
deliver a world-class experience at every touchpoint
