Artitude Home is a Singapore-founded luxury home fragrance brand built at the intersection of art, fragrance and design.

With a growing international footprint across the GCC, Europe and Asia, Artitude Home works with leading department stores, distributors, retailers and e-commerce partners while continuing to expand its global wholesale and retail presence.

As we enter our next stage of growth, we are looking for a hands-on Commercial Finance & Operations Manager who can bring strong financial discipline, commercial thinking and operational control to the business.

The Role

This is not a traditional accounting role and it is not a purely strategic FP&A; position.

We are looking for someone who enjoys getting into the detail of a growing consumer business — understanding margins, pricing, inventory, freight, customer profitability, working capital and operating costs — and turning those numbers into practical decisions.

The core objective of the role is simple:

Help Artitude Home grow profitably and build a transparent, measurable path to positive EBITDA and sustainable cash flow.





You will work closely with the Founder and the wider commercial and operations teams across Singapore, Europe, the Middle East and our supply chain partners.

Key ResponsibilitiesCommercial Finance & Profitability

Own and continuously improve our understanding of profitability across the business.

This includes:
- Gross margin and contribution margin analysis
- Profitability by SKU, collection, customer, channel and market
- Landed-cost calculations incorporating production, freight, duties, warehousing and fulfilment
- Distributor and wholesale pricing analysis
- Retail and e-commerce margin analysis
- Pricing recommendations and scenario modelling
- Promotional and discount profitability
- Customer and account-level profitability
- Identifying margin leakage and opportunities for margin improvement
