About the Role

Sinasta Maritime is seeking a highly motivated Crewing Executive to join our Offshore Fleet Division in Mumbai. The role is central to ensuring that our vessels are manned with competent, certified,



and reliable crew members while maintaining compliance with international maritime standards.

This position demands strong organizational skills, recruitment expertise, and the ability to manage crew operations end-to-end.

Key Responsibilities
- Crew Sourcing & Recruitment – Identify and source relevant ranks for offshore fleet requirements.
- Crew Placement – Manage onboarding and deployment of crew members across vessels.
- Retention Strategies – Develop and implement initiatives to retain skilled crew in a competitive market.
- Crewing Operations – Oversee day-to-day crewing activities, ensuring smooth coordination between crew, vessels, and management. Liaise with Vessel, Technical, Marine Departments for needful. Arrange & Control the Crew Change Procedures.
- Documentation Management – Coordinate Internally with different teams for Check, arrange, and maintain crew documents and certificates.
