About the Role

We are looking for a Marketing Lead to drive our marketing initiatives across brand, digital marketing, content, demand generation and industry engagement.

The role requires a hands-on marketing professional who can translate business objectives into impactful campaigns, build brand visibility, generate quality leads and work closely with Sales, Business Development, Product and Leadership teams.

Key Responsibilities
- Develop and execute annual and quarterly marketing plans aligned with business objectives.
- Drive B2B demand generation and lead-generation campaigns across digital and other relevant channels.
- Manage digital marketing initiatives including website, SEO, social media, email marketing and online campaigns.
- Develop and execute content strategies covering blogs, articles, whitepapers, case studies, newsletters and thought-leadership content.
- Strengthen the company's brand positioning and market visibility.




- Plan and manage participation in industry events, conferences, webinars and other marketing initiatives.
- Work closely with Sales and Business Development teams on campaigns, sales enablement and account-based marketing.
- Develop go-to-market campaigns for products, services and new offerings.
- Track marketing KPIs including leads, conversions, campaign ROI, website performance and pipeline contribution.
- Manage external agencies, vendors and other marketing partners.
- Coordinate with internal subject-matter experts to translate technical concepts into compelling customer-facing content.
- Prepare regular marketing performance reports and recommend improvements based on data and insights.
- Mentor and guide junior marketing resources, as applicable.

Requirements
What We're Looking For
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, Communications or a related field; MBA/PGDM in Marketing prefer
