Role: Head of Luxury Sales / General Manager

V&N; Luxury is a private destination for exceptional collecting, bringing together rare and

highly sought-after objects across Modern Indian Art, pre-owned hyper-luxury watches,

hypercars, Hermès bags, and heritage and vintage chandeliers. Founded by Varalaxmi

Sarathkumar and Nicholai Sachdev, V&N; Luxury is built around rarity, provenance,

authenticity, craftsmanship, discretion, and enduring desirability.

We are seeking a seasoned, articulate, and relationship-driven skilled to lead client

engagement and luxury sales across the business, while maintaining the exceptionally high

standards expected by discerning collectors and ultra-HNI clientele.

Role Overview

This is a high-trust, client-facing leadership role focused on developing relationships, driving

high-value transactions, and delivering a seamless and discreet experience across V&N;

Luxury’s categories. The role requires commercial maturity, strong judgement, and the ability





to understand a client’s taste, lifestyle, and collecting interests.

Key Responsibilities
- Engage with existing, referred, and prospective clients to understand preferences,

interests, intent, and purchasing capacity
- Guide clients across V&N; Luxury’s categories, including art, watches, hypercars,

Hermès bags, and heritage and vintage objects
- Lead sales conversations and work closely with the founders in progressing and

closing high-value transactions
- Build and nurture long-term relationships with UHNI/HNI clients, collectors, family

offices, advisors, and luxury networks
- Identify new business opportunities through referrals, networking, client

development, and relationship-led outreach
- Oversee client follow-ups, enquiries, viewings, documentation, quotations, and

transaction coordination
- Coordinate with internal teams on inventory, sourcing, logistics,

authentication/p
