The Role

We are looking for an experienced Account Director to lead key client relationships, shape communication strategies and ensure strong execution across accounts.

This is a senior role for someone who understands brands, has excellent media and marketing relationships and can see the whole picture. The right candidate should be able to identify whether a brand needs a story, collaboration, creator campaign, experience or piece of content—and bring the right teams together to make it happen.

You should be comfortable advising founders and clients, managing teams,



making decisions and taking complete ownership of the work.

Key Responsibilities
Client Leadership
- Lead relationships across key client accounts and act as a trusted strategic counsel.
- Understand each client’s brand, business priorities and communication objectives.
- Manage expectations, timelines and multiple stakeholders with clarity.
- Identify opportunities to strengthen and grow existing accounts.
- Ensure clients receive thoughtful strategy, solid ideas and consistently high-quality work.

Strategy and Campaign Development
- Develop integrated communication strategies across PR, content, influence, collaborations, digital and experiences.
- Identify relevant narratives, media opportunities, cultural moments and brand partnerships.
- Translate business objectives into clear communication plans and measurable deliverables.
- Guide campaign development from the initial idea through execution and review.
