Role Description The Country Manager role at Peko is a full-time, remote position responsible for leading Peko’s market presence and operations within a specific country. This includes developing and executing country-level growth strategies, building and managing relationships with key clients, partners, and stakeholders, and identifying new business opportunities. The Country Manager will oversee local sales,
marketing, and customer success activities, ensuring that revenue targets and customer satisfaction goals are met. Day-to-day tasks involve monitoring market trends, adapting Peko’s offerings to local needs, coordinating with cross-functional global teams, and ensuring compliance with relevant country regulations. The role also includes managing a local team or network of collaborators, setting performance targets, and reporting on country performance to senior leadership.
Qualifications
- Proven experience in country or regional leadership roles, with responsibility for market development, revenue growth, and team management.
- Robust commercial skills, including business development, sales strategy, and account management within B2B or SaaS environments.
