Role: Recruiter – IT Recruiter / BFSI Non-IT Recruiter

Work Mode: Hybrid

We are conducting a Walk-In Drive for passionate and target-oriented Recruiters to join our growing recruitment team

1. IT Recruiter
- 6 months – 3 years of IT recruitment experience
- Strong sourcing and screening skills
- Good understanding of IT technologies and profiles
- Excellent communication and candidate management skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, target-driven environment

2. BFSI Non-IT Recruiter
- 6 months – 7 years of recruitment experience
- Prior experience in BFSI Non-IT recruitment preferred
- Strong sourcing, screening & stakeholder management skills
- Good knowledge of BFSI Non-IT roles and talent market




- Excellent communication and negotiation skills
- Comfortable working in a quick-paced, target-driven environment
