Job Summary

We are looking for an experienced and highly motivated US IT & Non-IT Recruiter with 2-6 years of experience in end-to-end recruitment for the US staffing market.

The ideal candidate should have solid knowledge of US IT and Non-IT recruiting, excellent sourcing and screening skills, and the ability to manage multiple requirements simultaneously. The candidate should be comfortable working in a fast-paced US staffing environment and coordinating with candidates, clients, and internal teams.

This is a strictly onsite position from Day 1.



Candidates must be willing to work from the office throughout their employment.

Key Responsibilities
- Manage the complete recruitment lifecycle for US IT and Non-IT positions, from sourcing to onboarding.
- Understand client requirements and effectively translate job descriptions into appropriate sourcing strategies.
- Source candidates through job portals, internal databases, LinkedIn, referrals, social media, and other recruiting channels.
- Review resumes, conduct initial screening, and assess candidates based on technical skills, experience, communication, location, work authorization, and job requirements.
- Handle multiple open positions simultaneously while meeting submission and closure targets.
- Conduct candidate pre-screening and coordinate technical/HR interview rounds.
- Maintain regular communication with candidates throughout the recruitment process.
