Job Description
Primary Purpose:

- Own the Cloud & DevOps architecture strategy across Stolt-Nielsen.n
- Define target-state architecture, standards, governance, and best practices for Azure, DevOps, CI/CD, IaC, observability, and platform engineering.n
- Ensure cloud platforms are secure, scalable, reliable, and cost-productive.n
- Act as the technical authority for Cloud & DevOps, partnering with Engineering Managers on technical direction and architecture decisions.n
- Guide divisional teams to align with enterprise cloud standards and target architecture.n

nKey Responsibilities:
nCloud Platform Architecture:
n
- n
- Define and maintain Azure cloud architecture, landing zones, governance, and standards aligned to the Cloud Adoption Framework (CAF).n
- Drive adoption of Infrastructure as Code (Bicep/Terraform), CI/CD pipelines, reusable modules, and automation standards.n
- Establish observability, monitoring, logging, alerting, SRE, and operational excellence practices.n

nSecurity, FinOps & Enterprise Architecture:
n
- n
- Embed security-by-design,



identity management, and governance controls into cloud platforms.n
- Own cloud cost optimization, FinOps practices, and consumption governance.n
- Contribute to enterprise architecture standards, technology roadmaps, and EAM tooling.n

nTechnical Leadership:

- n
- Provide technical leadership, architecture guidance, and mentoring to engineering teams.n
- Partner with Engineering Managers to establish engineering standards and quality benchmarks.n
- Evaluate cloud platforms, tools, and vendors, supporting build-vs-buy and investment decisions.n

nQualifications & Experience:

- n
- Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Computer Science, or related field (Master's preferred).n
- 10+ years in Cloud, Infrastructure, DevOps Engineering, or Architecture.n
