We are looking for a commercially minded and experienced Senior Legal Counsel to provide strategic and day-to-day legal support across business operations, corporate matters, commercial transactions, and global activities. The role requires strong expertise in SaaS agreements, commercial contracting, data protection, legal risk management, and contract negotiation.
The ideal candidate will combine strong legal expertise with a practical understanding of business objectives. You will work closely with internal teams and global stakeholders to structure, negotiate, and manage agreements while helping the organisation maintain effective legal processes and mitigate commercial and regulatory risks.

Requirements
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
- Draft, review, negotiate, and manage a broad range of commercial agreements.
- Handle SaaS agreements, software licensing agreements, skilled services agreements,



partner agreements, and related commercial contracts.
- Provide practical legal advice to business teams on commercial transactions, contractual obligations, and legal risks.
- Support corporate and ongoing business matters involving the organisation and its global subsidiaries.
- Identify contractual, regulatory, data protection, and commercial risks and recommend appropriate mitigation strategies.
- Partner with Sales, Business Development, Procurement, Finance, Technology, Operations, and other stakeholders on legal requirements.
- Lead contract negotiations with customers, partners, vendors, service providers, and other external stakeholders.
- Review contractual terms relating to data protection, confidentiality, intellectual property, liability, indemnification, warranties, termination, and applicable laws.
