Area Manager - Executive Managing Director's Office Reporting To: Executive Managing Director (EMD) Function: Business Management, Strategy & Operations Location: [Location] Role Purpose The Area Manager will serve as a strategic and operational partner to the Executive Managing Director (EMD), supporting business planning, performance management, operational excellence, and execution of key strategic initiatives across the region/business. The role will be responsible for driving business reviews, performance analytics, sales effectiveness, process optimization, and implementation of business improvement initiatives. Working closely with business leaders and functional teams, the Area Manager will provide actionable insights, facilitate decision-making, and ensure effective execution of priority business objectives. The incumbent will proactively identify growth opportunities, operational efficiencies, and best practices that support Cushman & Wakefield's business objectives while fostering accountability,



performance improvement, and operational discipline. Key Responsibilities 1. Business Management & Performance Monitoring • Support the EMD in driving regional business performance across financial, operational, and commercial metrics. • Monitor business performance trends and provide regular insights on key performance indicators (KPIs). • Develop and maintain management dashboards, business scorecards, and performance reports. • Identify performance gaps, opportunities, and risks, and recommend corrective actions. • Coordinate periodic business reviews with leadership teams and monitor execution of agreed action plans. • Ensure accurate consolidation and validation of business data for management reporting. 2.
