Responsibilities / Job Summary

KPIs (Measurable parameters of the role)
- Responsible for Installation, & commissioning of TBR/PCR & ROTR Equipment’s’.
- Coordination with machine OEM’s for machine commissioning and ensuring smooth transition to operations.
- Making Machine Comparison, Technical specification & Machine analyzation. Carried out Machine installation, Commissioning, trials & Maintenance.
- To ensure Safety at working site.
- To ensure Quality of work during site execution.
- To Productive & Effective usage of resources at site to meet overall time lines.
- Plan for required materials & consumables for job execution.
- SAP & MS Office
- Support and ensure issue of bought out components from stores




- Proper storage & usage of materials at site.
- Ensure Safety & Erection standard / SOP are followed during erection activities.
- Working Along with CFT Team. (Civil, Safety, EEI & Utility as per Protocol & Planning) & Machine Commissioning along with different Concern vendors.
- Creating, maintaining EEI documentation.
- Zero Accidents
- Meeting Project Execution timelines

Skills & Knowledge Requirements (Abilities / Knowledge & Expertise in field)

Competencies (Technical / Functional)
- Knowledge of Tire Industry machines such as Mixing (Banbury), Extruder,

Calendar, Bead machines, TBM (VMI), Tyre Curing Press

Skills
- Sound knowledge in EEI Functions -
- Installation & Commissioning of Tyre Industry Equipment’s.
- Knowledge of PLC & SCADA (Mixer/ Extruder/TBM/Calendar/ Curing, etc,)
- Knowledge about Tyre Industry Process Equipment’s & their trouble shooting.
- Knowledge about Automation System.
