- Working closely with a team of program managers in a fast-paced recruiting organization, our RC is an integral partner in managing intern program related activities ranging across onboarding, early career development, and offboarding, to engage and retain top diverse talent.
- This role is instrumental in shaping the future of our engagement programs, driving operational excellence, and ensuring the success of our early talent initiatives.

Essential Job Functions:
- Partner with Program Managers to design and scale programs that strengthen company culture, accelerate individual development, drive team productivity, enhance leadership capabilities, and foster learning
- Support insights for regular rhythm of business mechanisms including but not limited to 2x2’s, QBRs, lesson learn documents.
- Support email to case inbox management
- Support live office hours, workshops and events
- Support customer communications
- Monitor performance metrics, and report on the status of key objectives that affect deliverables
