The Opportunity
In this role you’ll be part of a global team focused on execution of RIOP continuous improvement projects, focused on safety, automation and replication of best practices across all RIOP facilities.
This role will work across all RIOP facilities to provide hands-on support and guidance on all aspects of production, costs, quality, compliance to safety guidelines requirements for manufacturing.



Staying abreast of manufacturing innovation through new technologies and modern manufacturing processes will be key to support deployment AI and Automation solutions across the facilities.

This role requires solid project management, effective collaboration and coaching to lead the effective planning and delivery of projects.
Travel to RIOP facilities to lead and/or support execution of these activities, will be a significant portion of the role, with up to 30% travel required. When not traveling to other RIOP facilities to support network projects, this role will be focused on continuous improvement projects at their home facility.

Key responsibilities include but are not limited to:
- Create Maintain and own divisional AI dashboards
- Continuous improvement in dashboards and advancements
- Support development and deployment of safety focused digital applications and predictive monitoring tools
- Provide Reusable digital, AI and Autonomous solutions that can be scaled across the 8 global RI facilities
