Summary

We are looking for an emerging talent operational manager who wants to drive forward our award-winning emerging talent programmes at Rolls-Royce. This role will be responsible for the operational delivery of emerging talent in APAC partnering our businesses and outsourced providers to deliver a ‘One Rolls-Royce’ end to end service. You will be responsible for the recruitment of circa 80+ hires (interns and graduates) and coordination of their programme delivery across APAC (primary focus Singapore,



India, China). This role leads the delivery of emerging talent programmes across APAC ensuring alignment to global strategy while adapting to regional market needs

This role reports into Head of People Services Operations, India with dotted reporting line into Global Head of Emerging Talent.

Key Responsibilities
- Own regional delivery strategy and execution
- Lead delivery teams and suppliers across multiple countries
- Partner with business leaders on workforce planning
- Ensure compliance with regional regulations
- Drive attraction and pipeline activity
- Monitor performance, reporting and continuous improvement
- Ensure consistent learner experience across region
