Job Summary
Synechron is seeking a Front Office Business Analyst with 4–7 years of experience to bridge business needs and technology delivery across front-office functions. The role will work with cross-functional teams to understand requirements, define solution approaches, prepare technical documentation, and support the delivery of reliable software solutions.
The position contributes to business objectives by translating requirements into clear technical specifications, supporting Agile delivery, improving solution quality, and helping teams adopt relevant technologies across mobile, cloud, IoT, and blockchain environments.

Software Requirements
Required
- Strong understanding of technology platforms such as mobile, cloud, IoT, and blockchain.
- Knowledge of the software development life cycle (SDLC) and Agile methodologies.
- Proficiency in one or more programming languages, including Java, Python, or Node.js.
- Experience with Agile or Scrum delivery practices.
- Experience using Git, JIRA, and Confluence,



including the current versions supported within the project setting.
- Ability to prepare technical specifications, functional documentation, process flows, and detailed requirements documentation.
- Experience participating in code reviews and supporting software quality and maintainability.
- Experience collaborating with testing teams to validate software solutions against documented requirements.
- Ability to provide technical support and contribute to the resolution of technical issues.

Preferred
- Practical experience applying mobile, cloud, IoT, or blockchain technologies within business or software delivery environments.
- Experience working with more than one programming language, including Java, Python, or Node.js.
- Familiarity with technology trends and advancements relevant to front-office solutions.
