About the Team
The team focuses on merchant engagement and marketing communication, driving awareness, engagement, and adoption among onboarded merchants through WhatsApp and other digital channels.

Job Summary
We are looking for a Merchant Engagement qualified with experience in WhatsApp communication, CRM, digital marketing, or customer engagement. The candidate will manage marketing and engagement activities for onboarded merchants primarily through the WhatsApp channel.

Key Responsibilities
Plan and execute merchant engagement and marketing campaigns through WhatsApp.
Manage regular communication with onboarded merchants to drive engagement and product adoption.
Create and coordinate relevant promotional, product, and engagement communication.
Track campaign performance, merchant engagement, and responses.




Work with internal teams to execute timely and effective merchant campaigns.
Prepare basic reports/MIS to monitor campaign performance.

Required Skills & Experience
3+ years of experience in WhatsApp Marketing, CRM, Digital Marketing, Customer Engagement, or Merchant Communication.
Hands-on experience managing WhatsApp campaigns/communication.
Strong written and verbal communication skills.
Good understanding of marketing campaigns and customer engagement.
Working knowledge of MS Excel/Google Sheets.
Strong coordination and execution skills.

Education
Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or a related field.
