- 10+ years of Product Management experience with a bachelors degree,



OR experience working with Development, User Experience, Strategy, or related. Including: n

- 2+ years of experience with direct people management and team managementn
- 1+ year of relevant experience in strategy creation, customer-focused solutioning, cross-functional leadership, or relatedn

- Extensive experience with customer data-centric products either in product management and/or an engineering rolen
- Experience in collaborating with cross-functional teams in a global and diverse workplace.n
- Experience working with ecommerce or similar large volume of data and collecting and interpreting itn

- Experience working in an omni-channel retail environmentn
- Experience connecting technical issues with business performance metricsn
