About the Team & Business Line:
The Real Assets Fund Services group is seeking an experienced candidate to join our Real Assets Client Onboarding team. This specialized team of professionals are subject matter experts on Real Assets investment management operations, as well as the processes & technologies that support those functions. The Assistant Vice President Client Onboarding will be responsible for participating in onboarding initiatives including fund structure and reporting setup on Citco systems, and the review, design and implementation of working processes to support delivery of current client engagements.



This position will work closely with our Client Servicing and Operational Centre of Excellence teams to drive efficiencies within our global operating model. The Assistant Vice President must demonstrate leadership skills in coaching, motivating team members and dealing with clients and counterparts in other groups. The successful candidate will be expected to learn and develop expertise in all aspects of the on-boarding process, business process review and design, as well as participating in firm-wide.

Responsibilities
Your Role:
- Act as the liaison between Client staff and Accounting/Operations teams to on-board clients to Citco technology systems.
- Analysis, Design, Setup & testing of fund structures within Citco systems, including the automation of capital transaction processing, consolidations, eliminations, currency exchange, and returns calculations.
