nPolicybazaar is hiring an experienced Deputy Sales Manager to lead the Direct Channel business for our Insurance vertical in Meerut/Agra. The ideal candidate should have a strong background in field sales, team management, and business development, with the ability to drive regional sales performance and manage large multi-level teams.

nKey Responsibilities:

- Drive regional business growth and achieve sales targets for the Insurance business.n
- Lead and manage a large field sales team comprising:n
- Assistant Managers (AM)n
- Team Leaders (TL)n
- Field Sales Executives (FSE)n
- Develop and implement sales strategies to increase market penetration and revenue.n
- Monitor team performance, productivity, and target achievement.n
- Recruit, train, mentor, and develop high-performing sales teams.n
- Ensure compliance with company policies and regulatory guidelines.n
- Analyze market trends, competitor activities, and identify business opportunities.n




- Coordinate with internal stakeholders to ensure smooth business operations and customer satisfaction.n

nDesired Candidate Profile
n
- n
- Minimum 15+ years of experience in Sales, preferably in Insurance, BFSI, or Financial Services.n
- Proven experience in managing regional sales operations and multi-layer field sales teams.n
- Strong leadership, people management, and coaching skills.n
- Experience in Direct Channel (Open Market) sales is mandatory.n
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and stakeholder management skills.n
- Ability to drive business growth through strategic planning and execution.n
- Handled more than 200+ employees.n
- Willingness to travel extensively across the assigned region.n
