Key Responsibilities

1. Background Verification (BGV) Operations
- Manage end-to-end background verification processes for all recent hires across business verticals.
- Coordinate with empaneled BGV vendors for timely initiation, tracking, escalation management, and closure.
- Ensure verification of education, employment, address, criminal checks, identity validation, and reference checks as per company policy.
- Monitor BGV turnaround time (TAT), discrepancies, red-flag cases, and exception approvals.
- Drive governance and compliance standards aligned with internal audit and legal requirements.
- Prepare periodic MIS dashboards and analytics on BGV status, aging, vendor performance, and risk indicators.
- Handle confidential and sensitive employee information with high integrity and data privacy compliance.

2. Pre-Medical Health Checkup (PMHC) Management
- Lead the operational management of pre-employment medical examinations for candidates.
- Coordinate with hospitals, diagnostic centers, and occupational health partners.




- Ensure medical appointments are scheduled within defined timelines for smooth onboarding.
- Monitor medical fitness reports, escalations, and special case handling in consultation with HR and medical teams.
- Maintain compliance with occupational health, safety, and company medical standards.
- Track PMHC completion metrics and improve candidate experience through process efficiency.

3. Onboarding Operations
- Manage end-to-end onboarding activities from offer acceptance to Day-1 joining.
- Ensure timely documentation, system updates, joining formalities, and induction coordination.
- Collaborate with HRBP, TA, IT, Admin, Payroll, Compliance, and Business stakeholders for seamless onboarding.
- Ensure all onboarding documentation complies with company policies and statutory requirements.
- Drive automation and process improvements in onboarding workflows and employee lifecycle management.
