Role Description
The Sales Account Executive is a full-time, remote position focused on driving adoption of the menumiz™ platform among cafes, restaurants, and hospitality businesses in the Australian market.
The successful candidate will manage the full B2B sales cycle, from prospecting and cold calling through product demonstrations, negotiation, closing, and customer onboarding.

Key Responsibilities
• Prospect and generate current B2B sales opportunities through cold calling, outbound outreach, referrals, networking, and other lead-generation activities.
• Identify and qualify prospective hospitality businesses and key decision-makers.
• Conduct professional product demonstrations and sales presentations.
• Understand customer requirements and present suitable menumiz™ solutions.




• Manage the full sales cycle from initial contact through proposal, negotiation, closing, and onboarding.
• Maintain an accurate and active sales pipeline in the CRM.
• Follow up consistently with prospects and progress opportunities through the sales funnel.
• Build strong relationships with prospective and existing customers.
• Negotiate commercial terms and handle objections professionally.
• Work closely with onboarding, support, product, and management teams.
• Gather market intelligence, customer feedback, and competitor insights.
• Maintain accurate CRM records, follow-ups, sales activities, and forecasts.
• Achieve individual sales, revenue, activity, and customer acquisition targets.
• Represent menumiz™ professionally in all customer interactions.

Qualifications & Requirements
• Minimum 5 years of experience in B2B sales for US or AU market.
• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Sales, Hospita
