Job purpose:

To provide technical leadership and architectural direction for the Radius product, driving the design, development, modernization, performance, scalability, and long-term technical evolution of the platform. The role requires deep expertise in .NET and enterprise application development, solid understanding of ERP/business systems, and the ability to work across engineering, product, QA, support, and customer teams to deliver high-quality business solutions.

Core responsibilities:
- Provide technical leadership and architectural direction for the Radius product, ensuring solutions align with product strategy, business objectives,



and long-term technology direction.
- Lead the design and development of complex product capabilities using C#, .NET 8 or above, ASP.NET Core, Entity Framework Core, and SQL Server.
- Define and promote scalable, maintainable, secure, and high-performance application architectures and development practices.
- Drive the modernization of the Radius platform, identifying opportunities to improve legacy components, architecture, technology stack, performance, maintainability, and developer productivity.
- Lead technical discussions and architecture reviews, evaluate alternative approaches, and make pragmatic technology and design decisions.
- Work closely with Product Owners and Product Management to understand business requirements, challenge assumptions where appropriate, identify technical implications, and translate business needs into effective technical solutions.
