- As a G1-level Integration Team Member, you will support the stability and performance of integrationswith Oracle. You willbe responsible formonitoring, triaging, and escalating integration issues.n

nKey Responsibilities:

- MonitorOracleIntegrationissuesn
- Perform first-level triage of failediFlows, API calls, and scheduled jobsn
- Validate data flows betweenOracleand downstream systems (e.g., payroll systems, third-party vendors, internalmcdonaldsapplications like GIA).n
- Escalate unresolved or critical issues to L2/L3 support or development teams with detailed logs and context.n
- Support daily health checks forOracleintegration points (e.g., SFTP connections, OAuth tokens, certificates).n
- Document recurring issues and contribute to operational runbooks and knowledge base.n
- Collaborate with functional solutions team, Scaled Services teams to ensureintegrationreliability and compliance.n




- Participate in shift-based monitoring coverage, including weekends or holidays ifrequired.n

nRequired Skills & Qualifications:
n
- n
- Bachelors degree in computer science, Information Systems, or related field (or equivalent experience).n
- FamiliaritywithOraclemodules andintegrationtouchpoints.n
- Exposure tointegrationconcepts such asiFlows, APIs (OData/SOAP), SFTP, and IDocs.n
- Solid analytical and communication skills.n
- Willingness to learn and grow in a cloud-nativeenvironment.n

nPreferred Qualifications:
n
- n
- Hands-on experience withIntegration Suite monitoring, andOracleprovisioning.n
- Exposure toCloudALM,CPI, orAPI Management.n
- Basic knowledge of XML, JSON, or scripting for log analysis.n
- Familiarity with ITSM tools like ServiceNow or Jira.n
- Understanding ofHR data sensitivity and compliance requirements (e.g., GDPR).n
