About the RoleWe are looking for a Strategy Consultant – Founder’s Office to work closely with the Founder on M&A;, strategic investments, business decisions and growth initiatives. The role requires strong financial understanding combined with knowledge of supply chain, distribution and cash flow.

Key Responsibilities
- Lead the end-to-end M&A; process — from identifying and evaluating opportunities to due diligence, negotiations, closure and integration
- Manage all M&A-related; documentation, data rooms, agreements, reports and coordination with legal, financial and external advisors
- Evaluate target companies across financial,



operational, commercial and supply chain parameters
- Analyse cash flow, working capital, margins, inventory, receivables/payables and profitability
- Build financial models, valuations and business cases to support investment and strategic decisions
- Identify supply chain, distribution and cost optimisation opportunities and assess potential synergies
- Work directly with the Founder on strategic projects and provide data-driven recommendations for business decisions

Requirements
- Studied in top colleges like NIT, IIT, IIMs etc
- Experience in M&A;, investment banking, corporate finance, strategy consulting, or a similar role
- Robust understanding of financial statements, cash flow and financial modelling
- Good understanding of supply chain, distribution and working capital
- Experience in M&A; / due diligence / valuation strongly preferred
- Strong analytical, documentation, communicat
