Job Summary
Role Purpose
Candescent is seeking an experienced Senior Web Developer to lead our Webflow development efforts from one of our India office locations. This role combines hands-on technical work with technical leadership. You will set technical direction, own the build quality, performance, and scalability of our web presence,



and oversee the work of other developers and designers.
This is a hands-on role. You will personally build and troubleshoot complex work while also raising the standard of everything the team produces through review, documentation, and shared practices.
In addition to individual craft, this role carries senior leadership responsibility for the India-based web development team, including accountability for the team’s collective output and close coordination with the US-based Digital Experience lead.
Key Responsibilities and Deliverables

Technical Ownership & Architecture
- Own the technical architecture of our Webflow sites, including CMS structure, custom code integrations, and third-party API and app integrations.
- Lead the design-to-development process, translating Figma mockups into responsive, accessible, high-performance pages.
- Manage Webflow site settings
