Job Summary
Synechron is seeking a Technical Developer with 4–7 years of experience to design, develop, test, deploy, and support technology solutions. The role will work with cross-functional teams to understand technology requirements, prepare technical specifications, develop software, and contribute to code quality and maintainability.
The position supports business objectives by delivering reliable software solutions, applying Agile and SDLC practices, resolving technical issues, and evaluating opportunities to use mobile, cloud, IoT, and blockchain technologies.

Software Requirements
Required
- Robust technical understanding of at least one of the following technology platforms: mobile, cloud, IoT, or blockchain.
- Knowledge of the software development life cycle (SDLC) and Agile methodologies.
- Proficiency in one or more programming languages, such as Java, Python, or Node.js.
- Experience with Agile and Scrum development practices.
- Experience using Git, JIRA, and Confluence in software development projects.
- Ability to write, test, deploy,



and support software solutions.
- Experience preparing technical specifications and detailed documentation for new features and enhancements.
- Experience participating in code reviews and providing feedback to improve code quality and maintainability.
- Experience collaborating with testing teams to validate software solutions against quality standards.
- Ability to provide technical support to team members and contribute to the resolution of technical issues.

Preferred
- Experience working with more than one of the following technology areas: mobile, cloud, IoT, or blockchain.
- Experience with current, project-supported versions of Java, Python, or Node.js.
- Familiarity with automated testing, continuous integration, continuous delivery, and deployment practices.
- Experience working with technology trends and assessing their applicability to existing solutions.
- Familiarity with application programming interfac
