About the Role
We are looking for an enthusiastic and people-oriented HR Business Partner – Learning & Development to join our HR team. This role is an excellent prospect for a fresher to gain hands-on exposure to both HR Business Partnering and Learning & Development.
The selected candidate will work closely with employees and business teams to understand people-related requirements, support employee engagement initiatives, coordinate learning and development programs, and contribute to building a positive and high-performance workplace culture.
This role is ideal for someone who is curious, approachable, organized, and passionate about working with people and developing their potential.
Key Responsibilities
- Act as a point of contact for employees and support them with day-to-day HR-related queries.
- Build positive relationships with employees and business teams.
- Understand employee and team requirements and coordinate with relevant HR stakeholders for resolution.
- Support employee engagement and culture-building initiatives.




- Assist in employee lifecycle activities such as onboarding, employee connect, feedback collection, and exit processes.
- Support HR initiatives related to employee satisfaction, retention, and workplace experience.
- Assist in gathering and analyzing employee feedback and identifying areas for improvement.
- Maintain HR reports, trackers, and people-related data.
- Work with managers and HR team members on various people initiatives and projects.
- Maintain confidentiality while handling employee information and HR matters.
- Coordinate and support training and development programs for employees.
- Identify learning requirements by interacting with employees and managers.
- Assist in conducting training needs assessments and maintaining training calendars.
