Role Overview

We are looking for an entrepreneurial and technically strong Servo & Motion Business Development Manager to drive recent business growth across Industrial Automation and Motion Control solutions.

The role involves identifying and acquiring OEMs, machine builders, system integrators and strategic industrial customers, developing high-value opportunities and converting them into long-term business relationships.

The ideal candidate should combine strong technical knowledge of automation and motion technologies with proven OEM/recent business sales experience.

Key ResponsibilitiesNew Business Development & Market Expansion

Opportunity Development & Pipeline Management

Identify, qualify and manage opportunities from initial engagement through order closure.

Understand customer requirements, machine architecture, technical challenges and investment priorities.
