The group you’ll be a part of

As part of Supplier Engineering and Technology (SET) group, this position is based in Bangalore, India. The candidate will be reporting to the Supplier Quality Manager in India and working closely with global suppliers and cross-functional stakeholders from Supply Chain, Product Group, and Manufacturing across global regions and timezones. The role is responsible for leading critical projects,



driving continuous improvement initiatives, and achieving quality performance objectives for Cables commodity.

What you’ll do

Key responsibilities include:
- Manage assigned suppliers for cables and harnesses to ensure product quality, delivery performance, and adherence to timelines.
- Assess the impact of internal and external nonconformances and lead structured problem-solving with suppliers to drive root cause identification, corrective actions, and sustained prevention of recurrence.
- Support suppliers in preparing and executing 8D (RCCA), First Article submissions, Process of Record documentation (PPAP), and resolution of supplier deviations and engineering queries.
- Drive supplier performance improvement through virtual assessments, scorecard management, and support for supplier qualification and supplier / part development processes.
