Job Description:
Global Programs Senior Specialist (Corporate Responsibility Sourcing)
Major Duties/ Responsibilities
- Supports GS&Ps; Global Corporate Responsibility Sourcing (CRS) program which includes Supplier Diversity and Sustainability.
- Coordinates and overseas administrative work for the program, including the development and maintenance of communication plans, building meeting presentations and summarizing notes, and leading roadmap and activity tracking and reporting.




- Develops and maintains relationships with GS&P; leaders, management team and project teams to ensure that activities are supported to meet identified needs.
- Leads the gathering, validating, and maintenance of monthly, quarterly, and annual reporting requirements for each program.
- Supports the creation, validation, consistency and accuracy of analytical reports and dashboards to report on performance and metrics.
- Supports market research on emerging technologies, industry trends, benchmarking, and best practices across Supplier Diversity and Sustainability.
- Supports the building, testing, and implementation of technology and data strategies for the CRS program.
- Provides support for building program communications, branding decks, and any playbook or training material updates.
- Supports searches for diverse owned businesses, maintaining contact lists, search and certification tracking, and managing registration lists and follow ups. M
